Our story
How SPARK began.
SPARK Society began in October 2025, when Julie Musheno and Joannie Bates decided to stop looking for a seat at the table and set one themselves. The idea was simple: a real circle of women who cheer the wins, talk honestly about the hard parts, and keep each other moving.
Every month, members gather online to learn from a speaker and from each other. Each quarter, we get together in person for something special, and in between, we meet up to get real work done side by side. And once a year, we get away together to reflect and plan what's next.
We're growing on purpose. Today, SPARK Society is by invitation, so every woman in the room is someone we're glad to have there.
What we believe
Women thrive when they're surrounded by women who lift, challenge, and celebrate them.
We support one another, promote each other's work, advance in our careers, refine our craft, and never stop the growth.

Joannie is the one with the blue-sky ideas, the "what if we..." that gets everything started. When she isn't dreaming up SPARK's next big thing, she's running JB&Co Real Estate and helping clients find their next home.
Julie Musheno
Co-founder · The builder
Julie is a marketing and branding consultant who turns big ideas into real plans. She shapes SPARK's look and voice and keeps the calendar moving.
